Amritha is from the Theodore Roosevelt Council in Massapequa, NY. She most recently served as the Area 2 VOA Vice President of Communication.
Amritha has earned the Girl Scouts USA Gold Award and her Life Scout rank in Scouts, BSA. She has staffed NYLT twice, and will be serving as SPL for the course in April of 2021. This fall, Amritha will be a rising senior at Calhoun High School.
Amritha Jacobs
Merlyn Neunteufel has been in the Scouting world only for 2 years, but has had so many amazing experiences. She is currently in Crew 33 of Housatonic COuncil. She's served as Assistant Senior Patrol Leader and Senior Patrol Leader in my troop, Boatswain's Mate and Boatswain in my ship, Vice-President of Program and President for my crew. I have also been the Lodge Vice-Chief of Administration in my lodge, as well as the Vice-President of Administration for Area 2 last term.
Merlyn Neunteufel
AJ is from Suffolk County Council in Miller Place, NY and most recently served as the President of his crew.
A rising senior at Miller Place High School, AJ plans on pursuing a degree in mechanical engineering in college. He is an Eagle Scout, Medal of Meritorious Action recipient, and a Brotherhood member of the Order of the Arrow.
AJ hopes to increase participation at Area 2’s events and would like to offer more leadership development and Scouting experiences for the Venturers of Area 2.

James is from Theodore Roosevelt Council. In the past he's served as an Area VOA Associate Advisor, camp staff, Lodge Advisor, and Section committee Advisor
James is an Eagle Scout, Vigil Honor member, recipient of the District Award of Merit, Silver Beaver, James E. West Fellowship, Founder’s Award, Centurion, and Area VLA. As a youth, he served as the Area 1 VOA Area Vice President from 2007-2009. Nick was awarded the Area and Regional Venturing Leadership Award and the Vigil Honor member from Madockawanda Lodge.

Greg Alymer
Nicole is from Connecticut Rivers Council in Hartford, CT. As a youth, Nicole served as the Area 2 VOA President in 2017-2018 and Vice President of Communication in 2016-2017. She also received her Pathfinder award and the Venturing Gold Award.
This term, Nicole will work with the Vice President of Program to plan both Ignite and APEX. Professionally, Nicole has degrees in Elementary Education and Interdisciplinary Studies; she cannot wait to start teaching this fall.
Nicole Plourde
Jenn is from Theodore Roosevelt Council in Massapequa, NY. She was involved in Girl Scouts as a youth. For the last fifteen years, she has served in numerous positions in both Venturing, Scouts, BSA, and Cub Scouts at the unit, district and council levels. Jenn has completed Wood Badge and received her beads from N2-404-15-2. She has served on National Camp School; NCAP teams; and as a Medical Advisor/Health Officer for council, local, and national events.
Jenn is a Vigil member of Buckskin Lodge, recipient of the District Award of Merit, and a mother of three Eagle Scouts.
